Gear drives have emerged as the new standard in the Electric Skateboard world, gaining popularity among riders for their remarkable transmission efficiency, enclosed design, and low-maintenance advantages, but so far, we have offered them for All-Terrain wheels only. The Acedeck Street Gear Drive Kit is the newest iteration of our always-evolving and improving gear systems, for the Street Wheel purists, or those who enjoy compact AT tires, up to 6inch.

Crafted from high-strength 6061 aluminium alloy through precision CNC manufacturing, the Acedeck Street Gear Drive Kit ensures durability while maintaining a lightweight and compact profile. Moreover, all internal gears of the kit are made from high-strength stainless steel material, to withstand the torque from smaller wheels, making them as strong and sturdy as ever, yet still surprisingly quiet.

We believe that the Acedeck Gear Drives are the best on the market, from the structural, and visual design, to their efficiency and low rolling resistance. Changing the gearbox and wheels is extremely straightforward, making it a perfect fit for DIY enthusiasts looking to improve and customize their boards.

When switching to AT wheels with our AT Adapter, which will be released later this year, there will be a slight loss in torque, due to the fixed ratio. If you are looking for maximum torque on AT wheels, our Nomad Gear Drive will deliver more torque, but it is AT wheels only.
